Why do we love this method so much.
In this method, we use our own approach, training first one hand, then the other. This increases the training effect and saves time, which is very important for professional athletes.
The purpose of the method is to improve side punches and train complex non-standard positions of the legs and body that you have to take while competing in the ring.
What can you improve by following the methodology:
Localized training of both large and small muscle groups involved in side punch.
