Start of the workout
Before you start shadowboxing, switch EVNIK 3 to the “SHADOWFIGHT” position.
Perform shadow boxing
The duration and rounds can change based on your readiness.
For beginners, try 3 rounds of 1.5 minutes each during your workout. Gradually work towards extending each round from 1.5 to 3 minutes. Once you can comfortably do 3 rounds of 3 minutes, focus on adding more rounds.
If you're an experienced boxer, begin with 3 rounds of 3 minutes each. Then, as you progress, aim to increase the number of rounds whenever possible.
